Description
Brown and Caldwell Constructors is seeking an Onsite Construction Manager with an established track record to oversee onsite project operations. The Onsite CM will be responsible for all field operations on the project site including site safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor field coordination, logistics, labor cost and productivity, etc. BCC seeks a candidate that understands the importance of completing these tasks in service of delivering projects to completion in a timely and profitable manner. The Onsite CM must collaborate with the Project Director, Project Engineer, and Project Manager and is responsible for keeping them accurately and fully informed of the field status of the project, particularly regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and issues. The Onsite CM will direct all Subcontractors on the project, is expected train and mentoring other staff as necessary, and will assist with Project initiatives requiring their field expertise. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
