BASE SALARY: $104,000 The Market VP will be responsible for executing local market-specific sales strategies based on guidance from DSD Region SVPs and DSD Region Leads. Market VPs will own and manage all local market-specific DSD sales activities and maintain close contact with Sales Advisors regarding the Company's business relationship with the Independent Distributors (IDs). Additionally, the Market VP will constantly look for ways to grow business through interaction with key customer accounts. This person will be responsible for coaching and training Area Sales Directors on developing business relationships with IDs. They will also maintain consistent communication with their respective DSD Region Lead to provide perspective on local market-specific successes and areas for improvement.
