17 Position Summary
The Mgr Energy Supply Business will provide leadership and oversight for all areas of plant and Energy Supply Market Operations (ESMO) administration and perform other assigned tasks as required to support ongoing plant and ESMO operations. This includes providing analysis, planning, scheduling, and coordination of administrative duties to ensure the timely completion of payroll, general accounting, budgets, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. Lead a Power Generation (PG) support organization for NERC/Regulatory reporting, analytical and statistical analysis, vehicle/fleet management, PG information technology reporting platform and execution, and employee development programs. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Extensive experience in Business Management.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, able to prioritize and multi-task, to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Required Certifications Working Environment
Work will be performed from a mobile office installed in an electric vehicle, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
