What You'll Do:As the Branch Supervisor, you'll be the heart and soul of our branch, helping to lead your team to success! You'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and help build long-lasting relationships with our clients. You'll be the go-to person for training, coaching, and guiding your team while making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Energy: Coordinate team schedules, streamline workflows, and ensure daily operations run like clockwork.
  • Be the Expert: Oversee a wide range of customer transactions-from cash deposits to account inquiries-and ensure a flawless experience.
  • Deliver WOW: Provide continuous training and coaching to your team to deliver Superior Customer First Service. We're all about exceeding expectations!
  • Drive Success: Identify cross-sell opportunities and help meet branch goals through excellent service and smart referrals.
  • Make an Impact: Assist customers with account problems, loans, and service inquiries to ensure their experience is nothing short of stellar.
  • Lead with Integrity: Open and close the branch, maintain cash security, and collaborate with security to prevent fraudulent activity.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 3+ years of financial institution experience, plus some leadership exposure (like assisting with planning, training, and directing teams).
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (college education or military experience may be used as a substitute for work experience!).
  • Customer Focus: Advanced customer service skills and a passion for helping others. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Compliance & Communication: Strong communication skills and an understanding of compliance requirements. A keen eye for detail is a must!
