JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responds to incoming support tickets, configure, setup, install, and troubleshoot network, VoIP, and video conferencing equipment. Collaborate with infrastructure team to implement secure network architectures. Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation. This role is hybrid working onsite as well as remote. Candidate must reside in the greater Nashville area. Traveling to Centerstone's clinic sites will be required for this role and is as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Years of Experience Four years or more networking administration required. Certification/Licensure Preferred Cisco CCNA, VOIP, A+, Security+, or Network+.
