Description

Medica's EDI Operations Analyst II will oversee day-to-day reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of EDI transaction data and statistics. This role will also support the provider portal, including implementation, testing, and monitoring. This role involves managing the intake, triage, and resolution of incidents and tickets from both internal and external customers, progressively addressing more complex issues. The analyst will also play a key role in the implementation of new products and initiatives by representing the EDI Operations team in various projects.

This is an experienced-level position that contributes to the success of Medica's HIPAA-compliant EDI transaction processing.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of EDI support experience, including a minimum of 1.5 years in a business-related role (e.g., business process, technical support, claims transactions)
  • Demonstrated experience with EDI X12 transactions
  • Experience in creating and documenting research and business procedures
  • Proficiency in data and analytics



This position is a Remote role and will work remotely 100% of the time. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have a primary home address located within any state where Medica is registered as an employer - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI.

The full salary range for this position is $55,400 - $95,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
