The IT Specialist works with the IT Administrator to diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, and install software, and performs tests on computer equipment and programs. Duties/Responsibilities: General awareness of computer systems and PC repair. Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems and company backup systems. Understanding and appreciation for general information security within systems and user devices. Monitor and respond in a timely manner through the IT Ticketing System to incoming requests relate to IT issues. Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed. Assist with onboarding of new users. Follow/create/update written procedures and work instruction documentation. Install, configure, and upgrade PC software. Ability to troubleshoot networked computers, printers, and Microsoft Office products. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Willingness to learn the more high-end IT issues.
