Job Title: Machine Operator - Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Location: Nashua, NH

Shifts & Pay:



  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20-$22/hour (based on experience)
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $20-$22/hour + 10% shift differential
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $20-$22/hour + 15% shift differential


Job Overview:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position involves working in the Develop, Etch, Strip, and Bond (DESB) department and adhering to safety and quality standards to ensure high-quality PCB production.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment in the DESB department to develop, etch, strip, and bond printed circuit boards.
  • Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer documentation to meet production and quality standards.
  • Safely handle chemicals used in the DESB process, adhering to all safety precautions and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of performing tasks with limited supervision.
  • Perform cross-training in other departments as needed to support operational goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company regulations.


Qualifications:

Education:



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing preferred.
  • Prior DES experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with chemicals and processes used in PCB production.


Skills:



  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to read and follow customer documents and SOPs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to work standing for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
