Position Overview:

Responsible for multiple facets of the Bank's financial reporting, budgeting and analysis. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
  • Prepares quarterly and annual financial tables for SEC reporting (Form 10-Q's and Form 10-K), using Donnelley Financial Solutions (Active Disclosure)
  • Prepares and submits required FRB filings for the Bank including:




    1. Weekly review and payment of both Federal and New Jersey State Withholding
    2. Weekly review/analysis of FR2900 Deposit Reporting to be uploaded to the Federal Reserve - Reporting Central website
    3. Weekly review/analysis of FR2644 Selected Assets and Liabilities to be uploaded to the Federal Reserve - Reporting Central website
    4. Monthly review/analysis of PGB Sales Tax and payments/uploading necessary data Weekly review and payment of both Federal and New Jersey State Withholding
    5. Preparation of Delaware Franchise Tax




  • Prepares quarterly Safety & Soundness reporting for Marketing
  • Prepares quarterly PGB by the Numbers for Marketing
  • Prepares quarterly Regulation F analysis of correspondent banks
  • Performs monthly consolidation and condensed reporting on Jack Henry
  • Maintain the eliminations on Jack Henry
  • Opening of G/L cost center combinations on Jack Henry
  • Prepares quarterly Call Report, Holding Company Reports (FRY 9-C, FRY 9-LP and FRY-8)
  • Prepares the annual Summary of Deposit Report
  • Performs additional related duties as requested, including special projects



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of prior banking experience, including experience with SEC and Regulatory reporting, tax reporting and GL maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be an organized, accurate, reliable and detail minded individual.
  • Must have good oral and written communications skills, including the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,537.00 to $100,000.00, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
