A Brief Overview

Under direction, independently resolves complex payment reconciliation issues, escalation requests, and payment inquiries.

What you will do

  • Performs payment reconciliation to ensure processing accuracy, resolution of fallout, and adherence to SLA's and KPI's associated with payment processing standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring and resolution of escalation requests received via Epic work queues and/or direct requests.
  • Subject matter expert, handles most complex issues and escalates immediate concerns to leadership for resolution.
  • Provides excellent customer service and support across Revenue Cycle.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least four (4) years in healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle operations Required
  • At least three (3) years in Healthcare Payment Processing Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail organized, computer skills strong analytical skills Special Projects - Focus task
