The Career Communities Coordinator plays an instrumental role in carrying out the mission of the department by providing data backed insights and maintaining operational systems. The incumbent will support the development and implementation of a data assessment and technology management plan that will enhance the department's ability to track outcomes based on strategic initiatives. Examples of Duties:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least two (2) years of direct student service is required; master's degree preferred. Proven ability to work with diverse populations is required. Experience using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma is a plus. Experience working in university programming and events is a plus. Experience maintaining university career services platforms such as uConnect and Handshake is a plus.
Position requires incumbent to be on campus a minimum of four days a week with one day possible remote work depending on operational needs. Occasional weekends may be required. Work schedule may be flexed to extend into evenings.
Knowledge of or proven aptitude to learn current career development theory, research, and practice.
Knowledge of or proven aptitude to interpret and utilize data from institutional or external sources for the purpose of implementing equity-based programming.
