TECHINICAL SUPPORT l POSITION SUMMARY Primary responsibility is to answer phones, emails, and ticketing systems responding to technical support issues related to end user computers, applications, printers, jobsite servers, copier/scanners, internet connectivity issues, wireless networks, and audio-visual needs in conference rooms. Also deploys end user workstations. Works with pre-established technical guidelines implemented by the technical support group manager or Director of Information Systems. It supervises the architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building, and inspection from the beginning to the end of the project and specializes in concrete self-preform on a large commercial scale.
