Job Description
About the Role Support across a variety of Talent Acquisition activities including overall recruitment, graduate recruitment, talent pipelining, referral program, new hire onboarding, diversity & inclusion initiatives and contributing to the overall achievement of wider HR strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, posting and maintaining job advertisements on our internal careers site and external job boards such as SEEK, LinkedIn, indeed etc
About You
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience working as part of a team but also demonstrating ability to operate independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and websites such as LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, HRIS systems (Workday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple challenges.
- Capability to work to tight deadlines if required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable having phone-based and in-person conversations with people and delivering feedback via phone and in-person on a regular basis.
- Planning, coordinating, and scheduling experience with an ability to manage multiple appointments.
