Manpower and Personnel Analyst

As a Manpower and Personnel Analyst, you'll bring your HR, personnel, and manpower expertise to work on projects. You'll leverage HR experience to provide management consultative services in the areas of recruitment and placement, position classification and management, workforce restructuring, performance management, awards and recognition, data systems, employee relations, and employee development. You'll support Manpower and Personnel, Human Capital, and Workforce and Onboarding Divisions with planning and implementing reorganization that typically involves major mission changes and realignment of all or most positions and personnel, as well as identifying positions to be reclassified prior to making such changes. You'll prepare reports for weekly and monthly deliverables using data analysis, develop conclusions, and present findings to management as necessary. You'll generate manpower, hierarchical, and position-related reports from the appropriate HR information system and disseminate to stakeholders upon request. You'll generate and review reports pertaining to annual salary, bonuses, incentive awards, and performance evaluations. You'll provide back up support for personnel actions to include tracking performance evaluations, mid-cycle feedback sessions, and other personnel functions.

You Have:

  • Experience in federal HR or manpower

  • Knowledge of federal or military HR processes

  • Ability to analyze complex data and prepare reports for senior leadership

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with military service

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
