    Who we are looking for:

    Cornerstone Servicing is seeking a Sr. Special Loans Analyst to join our team in Englewood, CO! As a Sr. Special Loans Analyst you will be responsible for the setup and/or processing activities related to Special Products including Adjustable-Rate Mortgages, Servicemember Civil Relief Act, Operational Compliance, and other specialized products and servicing thereof.




    • Compensation: $65-85k
    • Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO



    Key Responsibilities...




    • Manage the Special Loans team and functions within our Denver and Houston Offices
    • Activities associated with Adjustable-Rate Mortgages and monitoring service delivery/productivity/quality





      1. ARM Plan Setup and daily/weekly index updates
      2. ARM Loan Maintenance and Working Exception
      3. Reports
      4. ARM Audit and other ARM duties as needed





    • Activities associated with the processing of Servicemember's Civil Relief ACT (SCRA), responding to SCRA requests or tasks promptly
    • Ensuring the Special Loans Team members are meeting monthly KPI's and work daily task assigned to each team member.
    • Management of Special Product responsibilities as needed: Assumptions, Partial Releases, Easements, and Recast Loan Modifications, Payoffs, MERS and Lien Release.
    • Monitoring of department reporting requirements and workflow to ensure accurate and timely completion
    • Support of additional servicing processes within the Special Products Operations
    • Complete special projects as assigned



    What you'll need to be successful...




    • Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
    • High School diploma, GED preferred or equivalent work experience
    • Four or more years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing specific to loan administration activities (real estate taxes, property insurance, escrow analysis, and mortgage insurance)
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while still being detailed and results oriented and able to understand complex transactions
    • Track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization
    • Ability to contribute to the department in line with the company's vision and core values, driving frequent and continual organizational change and improvement
    • Effective verbal, and written communicator
    • Must be disciplined and well organized with attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Experience in Black Knight MSP Servicing System is preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
