Job Duties: As an HVAC Technician, you will complete thorough preventative maintenance checks and services on all commercial and industrial HVAC systems, which includes inspecting and repairing or replacing belts and pulleys, cleaning condensate drain lines, testing the power and performance of compressors, fan motors, and blower motors, and evaluating the functionality and safety of burners and heat exchangers. General repairs of steam and hot water boiler systems, diagnosing airflow and ducting repairs, as well as safely addressing common mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues on standard boiler, package, and split unit HVAC systems, will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
