Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area) Position Summary: As a Talent Sourcer at Capital Rx, you will play a critical role in proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for a variety of technical (e.g., software engineers, DevOps engineers, QA developers) and non-technical roles (e.g., clinical, operations, and corporate positions). You will collaborate with recruiters to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that attract a diverse pool of top talent. Leveraging your expertise in research, creative sourcing, and networking, you will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure the company continues to attract the best talent. Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 Visa Sponsorship: Capital Rx does not provide sponsorship to any candidates.
