How you will make history here... * Define and drive the next chapter of Shopper Insights * Significant impact across the total M&B portfolio and all retailers. * Leave a legacy of team, function, and business building What you will do... * Lead the Shopper Insights team with responsibility for all brands, channels and retailers * Right size foundational efforts to deliver deep human insights for key retailers * Lead the division to step change understanding of why shoppers shop the way they do by leveraging behavioral science and purchase data. * Create an insights feedback loop to drive shelf-back thinking and insights * Partner directly with the leadership to set priorities and learning plans * Influence strategic decision making and execution through thought leadership on key shopper behaviors across the store as well as category growth * Proactively identify opportunities across retailers through deep understanding of people, trends, culture, data and priorities. * Develop and drive points of view on implementation of best-in-class thinking and principles * Drive a test and learn culture with clear short-cycle outcomes to facilitate adoption * Manage the relationship with key external research partners to stay on top of latest thinking, trends and evolution of shopper science and implementation of best practices in store Who will you work with... * Brand Marketing * Sales * Insights & Analytics What you will bring to the table... * Bachelor's Degree required * Minimum 12 years experience in Insights with a significant portion dedicated to Shopper Insights * Proven experience leading a Shopper Insights team It would be great if you have... * MBA or advanced degree preferred * CPG/Food experience preferred Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $146,600-$210,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
