SUMMARY

Are you passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business success? We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Salesforce.com team! In this role, you'll be the bridge between our stakeholders and technology team, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative products and feature enhancements. By ensuring requirements are met and maintaining good documentation, you'll play a crucial role in our success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Plan and facilitate requirements definition sessions with stakeholders, end users, and development team members to capture business requirements.
  • For each enhancement or bug fix, create detailed requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, including writing of the test plans and test scripts.
  • Organize issues and refine stories as required during the analysis, grooming, implementation, or testing phases.
  • Assist with sprint planning, feature scoping, and writing release notes.
  • Own building up our data dictionary & project-level documentation including process diagrams as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com Platform.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency with Excel (including Pivot tables, vlookups, etc) required.
  • Proficiency with Visio or other workflow diagramming and wireframing tools required.
  • Experience with gathering and documenting end-to-end requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodology including User Story writing and Sprint ceremonies is preferred.
  • Experience with developing test plans/scripts is preferred.
  • Experience in the professional accreditation or legal industry is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with business and IT teams.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels in the Organization.
  • Hybrid position requires being in our New York office at least 1 day per week.

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION

$108,000 - $118,000 per annum
