Distribution Clerk Guard Shack - Week & Weekends

Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Distribution Clerk - Guard Shack to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on our new Week & Weekend Day/Night shift.

Week Days: Mon-Thurs 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Week Nights: Mon-Thurs 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Weekend Days: Fri-Sun 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekend Nights: Fri-Sun 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound receipts in Blue Yonder.
• Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
• Release work prioritized by warehouse leadership in WMS system.
• Schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments.
• Assist drivers at check-in and with obtaining paperwork.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people.
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Requires excellent typing, filing, and organization skills.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed, and work within time constraints.
• Ability to communicate well, both written and verbal.
