Overview:

HEICO's acquisition team is seeking a senior analyst to work full-time in the Miami Headquarters. This role is an opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing companies, and one of the most prolific acquirers, in Aerospace and Defense. Since 1996, HEICO Corporation has completed more than 100 acquisitions. The senior analyst will work directly with the Vice President of Acquisitions on a daily basis on strategic target identification and outreach as well as business trend, financial and valuation analysis. This role is 60% sourcing and 40% diligence.



Responsibilities:

  • Identification and outreach to acquisition targets
  • Dialogue with intermediaries and targets
  • Negotiation of non-disclosure agreements
  • Analysis of business trends and key transaction opportunities and risks
  • Forecast and valuation modeling
  • Managing cross-functional internal groups and external parties to perform extensive due diligence
  • Prepare detailed proposals and deal memoranda for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Perform critical ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses and presentations for Senior Leadership

  • 2+ years post undergraduate experience
