The Sales IT team is hiring a hands-on Solutions Engineer IV and leader to propel our business via successful delivery of Sales Enablement initiatives. As a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Irvine, CA, or Los Angeles, CA you will be responsible for architecture, development, and systems analysis for integrations technologies. You will serve as the primary relationship owner between our business and technology partners and lead Sales IT's engagements to drive the next wave of transformation in the Sales and Marketing department.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • You have at least 7 years of experience creating solutions using integration technologies (i.e., AWS Gateway, Informatica PowerCenter, and Apache Kafka etc.)
  • You have a strong expertise integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a test-driven, agile development life cycle, DevOps (CI/CD process)
  • Strong understanding of trade matching, compensation management, territory & coverage management in the Investment Management industry
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes (Rest and SOAP APIs)
  • Strong experience working in the Investment Management industry
Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
