Reports to: SVP, Treasury Management

Position Responsibilities:

Treasury Management Client Services:



  • Provide superior level of customer service to clients and servicing via phone & support ticket system
  • Remain calm under pressure, even when juggling multiple inquiries
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • High level organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player that helps and works with others to achieve higher goals
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
