Description The primary role of the Manufacturing Associate is to assist the operations team to prepare raw materials for production and verify that we have the correct amount of materials to complete the production run successfully. MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Associates must be able to work diligently to meet daily production goals and work as a team. Prepare materials for production. Keep track of supply inventory. Adhere to all current SOPs, procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain cooperative working relationships and communications with employees from all other departments. Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by management. Able to work in a constant state of awareness and safe manner IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES: HS Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English. Willing to perform all tasks when and where assigned and as changing situations arise. Maintain a professional and positive attitude and work ethic. The position requires frequent standing and walking. Lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed. Ensure a safe, clean working environment that follows the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practice regulations.
