Key Responsibilities:



  • Promote and demonstrate new solutions during product launch trainings.
  • Support sales of all products within the region, with a primary emphasis on Sales Representative accounts.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored product solutions for accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met through personal or group training.
  • Provide remote support via phone and e-learning as required.
  • Represent Phonak at national, state, and regional meetings, and at consumer marketing events like Open Houses.
  • Achieve required customer visits per week and maintain accurate documentation in CRM system.
  • Manage territory within OPEX guidelines and maintain expense reporting weekly.
  • Act as a mentor to new Clinical Training employees.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.



What We're Looking For:



  • Education: Au.D or Master's Degree in Audiology required.
  • Experience: 3+ years in hearing aid sales or dispensing, clinical or territory sales/training role. Phonak experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in hearing aid technology and industry practices.
  • Other Qualities: Self-driven, organized, a team player, and strong follow-through abilities.
  • Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
