Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Operations within its executive leadership staff. This position, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will play a pivotal role in the oversight of and success of the company's operations business groups. These groups are the execution arm of Odyssey and directly support our customers. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of contract performance for our customer base and will ensure all key performance indicators for contract execution are monitored. Such KPIs include but are not limited to customer satisfaction ratings, profit and loss (P&L), employee satisfaction, and adherence to corporate processes and procedures by group team members. This full-time position is required to be located at the corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Defining processes and plans for mitigation of corporate roadblocks.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Clearance Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline Years of Experience: At least 15 or more years of experience Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Education: MBA Technical Skills
