Job Description

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Planner, Brewing in Breinigsville, Pa

We're looking for someone who is able to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, both planned and reactive, to allow efficient execution of maintenance work. Understand the full extent of the work order to prepare/order the required materials. Conduct daily management to maintain 2-4 week complete 'ready' back log that is in alignment with production needs for areas of responsibility. Complete and close work orders to facilitate equipment histories. Incorporate requested work order changes/revisions, and/or improvements into the CMMS. Ability to update Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance activities. Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM's). Perform regular reviews to identify obsolete parts. Work with central Storeroom to remove parts no longer needed. Organize, direct and coordinate weekly scheduling meetings with area owners/operations. Finalize and communicate weekly maintenance schedules.

  • Responsible for coordinating resources required to accomplished planned jobs in a safe, efficient, and cost-efficient manner.
  • Preparing job plans and coordinating planned work schedules with production.
  • Responsible for planned and unplanned maintenance work, which incorporates cost, importance, labor, materials, etc
  • Ensure that when the work is scheduled it can be completed with the least interruption to operations and the most efficient use of maintenance resources
  • Conduct scheduling and calculate work center labor hour capacity.
  • Champions departmental initiatives and standards with regard to sanitation and good housekeeping practices.



Physical Requirements

* All production roles are required to pass a pre-employment physical exam to comply with their specific role requirement(s)

* Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly

* Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces

* Responsibilities may require crouching, stepping over, crawling under, bending, twisting, climbing and reaching above head and shoulders repeatedly throughout the day

* Responsibilities may require climbing flights of stairs, working from heights or on elevated platforms

* Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat)

* Established dexterity so you can handle materials, operate equipment and interface with computer systems with precision

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

* 4+ years experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, utilities and/or related

field

* Strong computer skills. Competent in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS

PowerPoint.

* Experience in the installation and repair of mechanical equipment required.

* Experience and knowledge of personal/process control computers, programmable logic

controllers (PLC), and Networking devices a plus. Allen Bradley and Modicon experience a plus.

* 480v 3 phase knowledge required.

* Experience and or knowledge of VFD's, control systems (PLC's/HMI's), electrical protective

devices.

Level: 8

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $37.77 to $41.47 hourly based on location and the experience level of the candidate.
