Are you an inspiring leader ready to make a significant impact in the hearing care industry? Phonak, a global leader in innovative hearing solutions, is looking for a Director of Regional Sales to lead and elevate a dynamic team of field sales representatives. This is your chance to shape the future of hearing healthcare and drive growth by managing a high-performing sales force across a dedicated region.

As the Director, Regional Sales, you'll play a key role in spearheading the sales efforts of Phonak's entire product portfolio, building strong partnerships with audiologists, physicians, hospitals, and large retail chains. Your expertise will empower your team to excel in their sales strategies and customer relationships, helping us continue to lead in an industry that is making a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do :

* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team

* Develop impactful strategies to exceed regional sales goals

* Establish and maintain powerful connections with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers in your region.

* Lead your team to hit ambitious sales quotas, while using tracking systems to monitor progress, forecast growth, and celebrate success.

* Partner with Clinical Training to boost product knowledge

* Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent

* Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals

* Travel up to 70% to support your team and represent Phonak

More about you:

* Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management

* A proven track record of leading successful teams

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

* Proven track record of achieving growth targets

This role's pay range is between: $100,000-$150,000. This role is also commission eligible
