In the MCW/Children's Wisconsin partnership, there's no greater priority than the care of our kids. The Medical College of Wisconsin is an academic partner Children's Wisconsin, the region's only independent healthcare system dedicated solely to the health and well-being of children. This free-standing 306-bed children's hospital ranks as one of the top children's hospitals in the United States. The Department of Plastic Surgery is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to function independently in the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Plastic Surgery conditions in a clinic/outpatient setting located in Milwaukee, WI at Children's WI. The Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Plastic Surgery has dedicated plastic surgeons who specialize in every aspect of plastic surgery including reconstructive surgery, breast surgery, cosmetic surgery, hand and upper extremity surgery, pediatric plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery, and cancer reconstruction. They are all recognized as Best Doctors and are board certified in plastic surgery with additional, advanced training to focus their practice treating kids and adults with congenital defects. We provide comprehensive care to children with common and complex craniofacial disorders and plastic surgery needs. We are available to meet with you before your child is born if a prenatal ultrasound shows a cleft or another craniofacial disorder. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching. The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced APP who desires to be part of a thriving and very collaborative academic practice at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Preferred Experience: Previous NP, Plastic Surgery or Pediatric experience a plus!
Advanced Practice Nurse: Master's Degree or higher in Nursing
