*Resolution and Recovery Planner **Fully Remote - Pay Rate Flexible** *
*Job Description* The Resolution Planning Consultant will play a pivotal role in a high-visibility project addressing complex resolution planning tasks. This position requires a blend of operational expertise, regulatory insight, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will help the client navigate regulatory requirements, develop divestiture strategies, and implement operational tools such as virtual data rooms. This role is ideal for professionals with a bkgrd in distressed debt, regulatory compliance, and M&A processes. *MUST HAVE - Skills: * * 8+ years of Resolution and Recovery Planning experience supporting large banks, big 4 and/ or financial services firms * 8+ years of experience in resolution planning, regulatory writing, distressed debt, or similar fields. * Proven track record of supporting divestiture strategies, virtual data room implementation, or M&A processes. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including stress testing, C-SCAR, and resolution planning. * Familiarity with operational tools and processes such as virtual data rooms and clean room setups. * Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and distressed debt analysis. * Experience working with mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. * Ability to provide actionable feedback on regulatory plans. * Bachelor's degree in a business discipline *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Operational Resolution Planning:* * Set up and manage virtual data rooms to facilitate resolution planning activities. * Develop operational strategies for resolution planning, ensuring seamless information sharing and collaboration. * Provide support in creating frameworks for crisis management and business continuity. 2. *Divestiture Strategy Development:* * Analyze and evaluate business units (e.g., equities, loans, deposits) for potential divestiture in crisis scenarios. * Create detailed strategies for packaging and selling business units during financial crises. * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure divestiture strategies align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. 3. *Regulatory Expertise:* * Offer feedback on resolution plans to identify compliance gaps and improve overall strategy. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, including C-SCAR and stress testing requirements. * Provide guidance on distressed debt and financial analysis to support resolution planning. 4. *Collaboration and Leadership:* * Work alongside internal and external teams to facilitate resolution planning deliverables. * Support leadership in maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations while driving project milestones. 5. *Subject Matter Expertise:* * Act as a resource for distressed debt analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation methodologies. * Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and market trends impacting resolution planning. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully remote position. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 24, 2025.
