This is a third-shift position supporting the Grand Rapids hospitals. Schedule is as follows:
Under minimal supervision, communicates and works together with customers to configure, install, preventatively maintain, improve, and troubleshoot client technologies, their systems and integrations that optimize the end user experience. As the point of contact for problem coordination and resolution, demonstrates customer service skills, empathy, and urgency. Serves as resource on technology projects and initiatives. Documents problems and resolutions and escalates appropriately, when necessary. May perform end-user training. Participates in the testing and evaluation of new client technology solutions. Competent to work on most types of client technologies within a diverse customer portfolio, but at times requires guidance from others. Capable of working independently. Essential Functions
