Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our culinary team as Cooks at Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each level offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing high-quality meals while following food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness. These positions are ideal for individuals passionate about food and eager to develop their culinary skills.

Position Overview: As a Clubs Cook, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests in the stadium's exclusive club areas. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with a talented culinary team to prepare and execute innovative menus that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clubs Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes and club-level specifications, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and execution. Your duties will include food preparation, executing prep work, and assisting in the setup and breakdown of cooking stations to ensure readiness for each event. You'll collaborate with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations, adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Ensuring the cleanliness of workstations and equipment, monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages, and assisting with the receiving, storage, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste are key responsibilities. In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to demonstrate strong knife skills, culinary math proficiency, and an understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols. A solid background in restaurant experience is preferred, though corporate franchise experience is also acceptable. Knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, sauteing, roasting, braising, frying, steaming, and poaching, is essential. You must be punctual, responsible, and able to troubleshoot kitchen challenges such as equipment issues or last-minute changes. Clear communication with the culinary team to handle special requests, dietary accommodations, and menu modifications is critical. Finally, as a team player, you will contribute to fostering a positive and efficient work environment, you will help elevate the dining experience for guests in the exclusive club areas of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Your reliability, collaboration, and commitment to excellence will be vital to the success of our team.

    General Requirements

    General Requirements (All Levels):

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Specific to Level 3: 1-2 years of experience is preferred. * Basic knowledge of kitchen operations; prior experience is a plus but not required. * Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

    Specific to Level 2: At least 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a professional kitchen. * Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and menu execution.

    Specific to Level 1: Culinary school education or culinary certification is required. * 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. * Leadership skills with experience supervising and training kitchen staff. * Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

    Career Path:

    • Advancement opportunities include progression from Level 3 to Levels 2 and 1, and eventually to roles such as Supervisor, Jr. Sous or Sous Chef based on performance and experience.
