We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-274

Duties:



  • Schedule management: Manage Sustainment IPT calendar, de-conflict meetings and ensure proper team coverage. Provide clear purpose of meeting in meeting maker
  • Schedule meetings upon request with subject matter experts
  • Develop and disseminate formal meeting minutes (i.e., decisions, actions, list of attendees, etc.). This is especially important for meetings where decisions affecting requirements and platform capabilities are being made as they are our formal record and are included in the requirements database as artifacts
  • Meeting support: ensure all participants have meeting materials, room is reserved and set up, and provide solid note taking/action capture
  • Maintain key documents and lists for the Engineering group such as organizational charts, email distribution lists, contact lists, and team calendars
  • Quickly gain a conversational understanding of the technical jargon of the team and project
  • Provide updates on a daily basis to Level I IPT lead
  • Establish and fully manage an action tracker to include pursuing those with assignments to ensure actions are complete
  • Maintain SmartPaks: key slides, data and charts utilized frequently
  • Brief preparation: collect inputs, proof/edit, ensure proper security markings and schedule reviews, if needed prior to submission
  • Team travel: submit requests for approval to Travel Court and work with travel coordinator
  • Handle routine status updates to provide input to taskers, most answers are routine and require confirming the latest percentage, or number complete, etc.
  • Input data for IPT into Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT)


Required Education:



  • MA or MS with a degree in a business, management, or an engineering discipline. A BA or BS plus 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.


Required Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience in PPBE support for program management, technical and business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Included in the 10 years, there must be at least 5 years of NAVAIR experience related to program management support
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setting
  • Attention to detail and a pro-active approach, is a must
  • Understanding of hosting meetings in the Cloud-based, TEAMS environment
  • Experience with rotary wing aircraft and engineering jargon is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Must be available during regular work day (0800-1600) and will routinely check in and provide status updates.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
