What you'll be doing: As a District Director, you will supervise, manage, and lead each of your store's managers, and will be responsible for the 350-400 employees on their teams. You'll consistently look for ways to establish and maintain a healthy team culture and manage an operationally sound and financially profitable business. This is an opportunity for leaders that are open to change, and continuously looking for ways to grow the business. We're eager for new ideas and challenge ourselves to find new and innovative ways to lead our teams and manage our business.
