Under general supervision, and in addition to performing the full range of operational level duties, responsible for administering social service programs or relevant work. Provides social work services consisting of discharge planning, continuing care services, and clinical social work services, including crisis intervention, mandated reporting, information and referral, and coordination of health and mental health services with community providers. The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for working on the Senior Behavioral Health Unit. Providing clinical support to the patient population with individual and support system interventions, resource education and access, unsheltered, poly substance abuse/dependence, complex care management, grief, end of life, change in functioning levels, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care management planning. Weekends, holidays and covering for vacations & sick time. Depending on the experience of the selected candidate, this position will be hired at a Clinical Social Worker II or Clinical Social Worker III level. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $95,626 - $125,990 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.80 - $60.34 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
