Summary The Enterprise Organizational Change Manager will drive the adoption of organization, process and tool changes for enterprise projects. This role is an integral role of the Weisiger Group Enterprise Project Management Organization (ePMO) team to deliver strategic change, organization design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of transformation goals for Weisiger Group, Carolina Cat, and LiftOne. This role interfaces with senior business and information technology leaders and team members, as well as vendors and external consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of OCM Change Management, Organizational Alignment, Communications and Training knowledge for technical and non-technical projects. This role will report to the Director of the ePMO of Weisiger Group and will be a member of the Business Technology team. As a Shared Services employee, the candidate will be expected to support two divisions that are headquartered in different areas of Charlotte, NC and have branches across the Southeast United States. Occasional travel will be required and will be based on the support requirements of the projects assigned. This is an onsite dependent role located in Charlotte, NC. For the first 6-9 months in this role you will be required to be onsite 5 days a week. After you will transition into a hybrid model. Candidate must currently reside in Charlotte, NC. Relocation will not be provided. Essential Functions
