Our client is seeking employees who are looking for a career in Medical Device this is a 1st shift position Monday to Thursday 10 hour days...
Fridays Off!


Qualifications:




  • Education & Experience:



    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Prior experience in medical device assembly or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.



  • Technical Skills:



    • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
    • Basic knowledge of cleanroom protocols and handling sterile components.



  • Soft Skills:



    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
    • Self-motivated with a "do it right the first time" attitude.



  • Physical Requirements:



    • Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment with PPE.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.




Additional Information:



  • Shift Details: After the training period (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), employees will transition to a Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
