Dir Perioperative Services ARRMC & AACH Job SummaryThe Director of Total Rewards provides strategic design, direction, execution, and ongoing management of Asante's total rewards programs. This role ensures that programs meet employee needs, are aligned with organizational objectives, benefit and compensation strategies, and operations are compliant with federal/state laws and regulations. Focuses on creating an exceptional employee culture through a Total Rewards strategy that emphasizes recruitment and retention. Scope of responsibility includes benefits, compensation, and human resource information systems (HRIS). Job Requirements5 years progressive leadership experience including perioperative nursing experience. The Nursing Director facilitates the vision and values by setting professional standards in an open, creative, accountable, non-threatening and supportive environment. This includes empowerment of staff, providing resources and commitment to trust and respect for all. The Director works collaboratively with the VP of Operations and cooperates in the overall plan for clinical services and units within his / her area of responsibility. Supports the vision, mission and organizational values of health system. Responsible for strategic planning, program development, capital and operational budgets for clinical services within area of responsibility. Facilitates, advises and coaches Team Leaders, Physicians and Staff regarding specific departmental policies and procedures. Collaborates with other departmental leaders and/or executive staff concerning cross-functional topics or issues. Promotes and encourages cohesive inter and intra-departmental activities and teamwork. Responsible for short- and long-term planning, and development for clinical services within area of responsibility. | |
