This position is responsible for coordinating the completion of required tasks in support of the marketing process. In this role, you'll manage firm review and compliance approvals, and assist Project Managers with project administration as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee firm and compliance reviews for required marketing assets through use of the project management tools.
  • Document and maintain review processes including firm and compliance review
  • Manage reporting and status documentation as needed.
  • Provide project administrative support as needed. Includes but not limited to entering and maintaining deliverable dates in the project management platform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Establish strong relationships with functional teams and other external partners.
Qualifications
  • 3 years' experience coordinating on deliverables in a professional setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with concentration in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
  • Marketing agency experience a plus.
  • Experience coordinating marketing deliverables in a regulated industry ideal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Teams).
  • Experience using Workfront a strong plus.
  • Drive to work in a continuous learning environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and give direction.
  • Ability to work independently and self motivated to achieve goals.
  • Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of processes for multiple marketing functions, including but not limited to creative development, campaign design, user experience, web design, media execution, marketing technology, data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production of marketing deliverables within multiple complex functional areas with some direction.
Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $61k to $70k. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
