Sales Support-Sample Coordinator

Summary:

Coordinate customer sample requests with our suppliers from request through customer delivery. Also assist in coordination of national and regional events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support sales team in processing customer sample requests and tracking throughout to customer delivery.
  • Manage sample inventory with our sample managing vendor.
  • Generate monthly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc sample reports.
  • Attend supplier sample meetings to gather updates for the Sales Support team.
  • Sales Support team back-up as needed.
  • Support when and where needed for Executive and Sales Teams to help grow our business.

Qualifications:

  • Able to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 or more years work experience with job responsibilities similar to or related to the above listed duties and responsibilities.
  • 4-year technical degree or commensurate experience

Pay Details:

The expected salary for this position is $45,000 -$60,000 annually depending on experience.
