What this job involves:
The Director, Global Programs will play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives across global regions. This strategic position will work closely with Regional Directors to develop, implement, and execute strategies that align with our client's overall goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple transformation/ change management efforts, optimizing processes, and fostering innovative solutions to advance the business forward. This candidate will oversee a team of Program Managers also supporting our client's objectives and change efforts in addition to oversight of our global initiative repository. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify transformation opportunities and develop tailored strategies for each region, to align with client objectives. Work across our service lines - Integrated Facilities Management, Project Management, Occupancy Planning, Move-Add-Change, Technical Services, and Sustainability - to drive an integrated, one-team approach to service delivery to our clients. Lead the design and implementation of global initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined strategy. Develop and maintain transformation road maps, including timelines and critical milestones. Support, mentor, and continually develop a team of Program Managers to operate and perform at a high standard. Facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional coordination to ensure successful execution of projects. Ensure our global initiative repository data is clean, current and in compliance with established policy. Analyze JLL trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategies, by continuously leveraging JLL Platform resources. Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs. Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, identifying risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, regional teams, and external partners. Identify and leverage synergies across regions to maximize the impact of transformation efforts. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or similar roles Extensive experience in the different elements of Corporate real estate, focusing on: IFM, PjM, OP/MAC, Technical Services, and Sustainability Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation initiatives Strong understanding of global business operations and data analysis Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization Experience with change management methodologies and best practices Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus This role may require frequent international travel to collaborate with regional teams and oversee transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for driving positive change and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to achieve results. |
