Job Summary: Manage the administration of the LSS and CHS benefit programs and assure compliance with applicable laws and reporting of data. Responsibilities include development and design of programs and administration reward and recognition, health and welfare and retirement plans, voluntary benefits and other partnership opportunities that could be beneficial to the organization. Strategizing and report management to include report generation, analysis and communication to 3200 LSS employees and 60 CHS and/or dual employees; work with several third parties and legal counsel. Position is responsible for HRIS system UKG and other software as determined. Ensure the system is appropriately set up to track and monitor required data and run reports. The position will ensure that plans are administered consistent with organization objectives and strategy and ensure that all plans are in compliance with federal, state and city regulations. This position will work closely with the Benefits Admin to help carry out daily responsibilities of benefit administration and provide some training to help coordinate benefits for the organization.
