Nature and Scope of Role:

The Credit Manager will report to the Global Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable and will be a key role within the Shared Services organization in helping to optimize credit and Accounts Receivable processes. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading a team of 2 credit analysts and will own the credit evaluation process for new and existing customers, support global initiatives and executive level reporting and analytics. The individual in this role will be tasked with executing our Shared Services strategy plan by evolving and optimizing the credit process, supporting Finance initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders within the organization and executive level key performance indicator reporting with a focus on achieving best-in-class results.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a team of 2 credit analysts responsible for credit evaluation of new and existing customers across all Regal Rexnord's business segments.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives as a representative of the Accounts Receivable function for projects such as customer harmonization across legacy systems, and evaluation of customer terms.
  • Support executive level reporting of Accounts Receivable key performance indicator metrics, cash forecasting and action item reporting to track and drive performance across the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Coach, develop, mentor and lead team of credit analysts to ensure continuous improvement and accomplishment of department goals and company initiatives. Foster team environment that recognizes strong performance and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and execute roadmap for third party credit reporting and ongoing credit monitoring in Dun & Bradstreet's ERAM tool, identifying opportunities to expand the tool's utilization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for credit reporting, Esker system and others.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class credit practices including real time credit monitoring, regular credit reviews of existing customers and proactive monitoring of credit utilization.
  • Establish goals and monitor key performance metrics to measure the quality and efficiency of the credit processes. Use data to manage work prioritization and ensure work done is impactful to business results.
  • Identify, quantify and implement process improvement resolutions related to the customer maintenance or other Accounts Receivable processes. Demonstrate a "Change Agent" mentality in developing and executing our Shared Services strategy.
  • Support implementation and transition to the Esker tool for Accounts Receivable processes. Develop and execute best practices, standard operating procedures, reporting and process management using the tool.
  • Collaborate with internal AR teams to ensure effective best-in-class end to end OTC processes.
  • Support shared service roadmap for continued evolution of the AR organization.
  • Uphold compliance with audit, internal controls, and other regulatory requirements within the credit process to mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of managing a Shared Services Team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset & can embrace Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principle.
  • Experience with large ERP's (Oracle, SAP, etc) preferred. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to identify, track and manage key performance metrics as required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Experience working with transformation management and organizational change.
  • Possesses strong character and integrity, as well as strong executive presence.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Schedule flexibility due to global communications
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation Details:
$70K-115K
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation forall statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization" - I assume neither role will offer sponsorship
