Responsibilities

  • Assist the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) newest Program Office tasked to deliver critical capabilities to support the Defense of Guam (DoG)
  • Evaluate test plans, models and simulations being utilized, supporting analysis, and coordinate efforts of all elements and stakeholders supporting DoG
  • Support integrated Defense of Guam system analysis and evaluation of various test events to include but not limited to: Flight Tests, Ground Tests, System Integration Check Out (SICO) Tests and element unique tests
  • Coordinate and support program reviews to include test readiness reviews (TRRs), technical interchange meetings (TIMs), technology readiness assessments and levels (TRAs/TRLs), design reviews (PDR, CDR, FDR), production readiness assessments (PRRs), manufacturing readiness assessments and levels (MRAs/MRLs), agile design processes, tracking meeting minutes, monitoring action items to closure, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across the MDA stakeholders and DoG supporting elements
  • Assist in the development of executive level briefings, papers, and other correspondence
  • Support scheduled and impromptu status and communication briefs with various levels of senior leadership to include flag officers and SES officials.
  • Coordinate and schedule General Service (GENSER) and Special Access Program level meetings and VTC connections as required.
  • Support the Government Integrated Product Team by representing the interests of the customer in working group forums, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and any other forums required by the customer
  • Coordinate Congressional and routine taskers via the ETM-2 Tasking System
  • Experience with digital engineering tools (i.e. Doors, Windchill, Qlik)
  • Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with 7+ years of related analytical/engineering/system engineering experience
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Understanding of MDA Systems Engineering practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity and experience with the MDA and/or any components of the MDS (i.e. Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, C2BMC, etc)
  • Familiarity with task management and responding to Congressional and routine taskers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and communicative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Package (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver products and meet deadlines
  • Capability to develop and present program briefings to senior management-level personnel

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience on Special Access Programs
