Summary / Objective

The Learning and Development Partner collaborates with People Team leadership to shape and execute the organization's learning strategy. This role designs and facilitates training programs while continuously refining content to align with business goals and compliance requirements. By creating engaging learning experiences, the Learning and Development Partner fosters a culture of continuous development and team member growth. Additionally, this role leads the administration and optimization of digital learning platforms to support employee development and drive positive business outcomes.

This role reports to the Vice President, People.

What You'll Do

Systems Management & Analytics (60%)



  • Administer and maintain digital learning tools, including the Learning Management System (Adobe LMS, LinkedIn Learning), course authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia) and other platforms
  • Partner with external vendors to integrate learnings into the LMS. Troubleshoot, test, and update as needed
  • Ensure accurate assignment of training, completion tracking, course catalog updates, includes creating multiple learning portals tailored to various audiences, such as contractors and customer platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis, storytelling, and development of reporting scorecards
  • Create and measure ROI of critical training programs and deliver summaries to leadership
  • Identify new training resources and manage current relationships with external vendors.
  • Proactively ensure leaders are aware of, understand, and are trained on their reporting dashboards and outstanding training concerns are raised promptly
  • Regularly assess training platforms and tools to ensure they meet the organization's evolving needs
  • Investigate and resolve any system challenges in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audits with data related to the training and development function


Develop, Design, and Delivery of Training Programs (15%)



  • Develop, design, and deliver engaging content, job aids, and multimedia learning materials
  • Edit recorded trainings sessions and post in the LMS to share with team members (using Articulate, Camtasia)
  • Collaborate with the VP, People, to develop and implement new training programs that address organizational needs and workforce priorities
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for hybrid and remote team members
  • Partners with departments to assist in updating department specific training as needed
  • Leverage tools like Articulate and Camtasia to create impactful learning experiences (as needed)


Learner Engagement (15%):



  • Collaborate with the VP, People, to revamp and launch learning communications that boost engagement and utilization
  • Develop and execute creative communication strategies to promote learning opportunities and increase engagement with training programs
  • Manage monthly and annual training calendars to ensure compliance with global training requirements and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Conduct learning needs assessments, focus groups, and surveys to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and workforce needs


Other (10%):



  • Ensure training programs comply with company policies and global regulations, staying informed on emerging trends and best practices
  • Align training with other People related initiatives, ensuring appropriate timing throughout the year
  • Partner with external vendors to implement and/or maintain training programs.
  • Other duties as assigned


Who You Are / What You Bring



  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to design new and deliver effective instructional content
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences across in-person, hybrid, and remote settings
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and using data to drive decisions and recommendations
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Adobe and LinkedIn Learning preferred) and authoring tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
  • Demonstrated project and program management experience, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization (when applicable)
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace


Physical Requirements



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times


Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $120,000, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
