Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to professionally handle incoming requests from customers. This role involves thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information, accessing and fulfilling customer needs, and balancing inbound and outbound calls while meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. The successful candidate will continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements, process incoming orders, resolve issues, process returns, and complete outbound calling to prospects and existing customers. Responsibilities * Professionally handle incoming requests from customers. * Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs. * Maintain a balance of inbound and outbound calls while meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. * Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. * Process incoming orders, resolve issues, process returns, and complete outbound calling to prospects and existing customers. Essential Skills * Fluent in English and Spanish * 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Ability to score 30 WPM on a typing test * High School Diploma or GED Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong data entry and computer support skills * Excellent communication and customer care skills * Experience with outbound calls and order entry Why Work Here?
