*Description*
Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information. Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards. Assists with system enhancement development and testing. * Provides backup support to other positions in the department. Partners with large dental service organizations (DSO's) on all of their administrative needs Resolves complaints and assists with customer escalations via phone and email Responds to customer service phone or email inquiries - limited phone; frequent emails. Other duties as assigned. *Skills* Customer Service, policy issuance, policy holders, insurance, Inbound call, Customer support, billing customer service, bilingual *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Customer Service experience in any capacity Previous experience working in the insurance or financial services field is a plus Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and show a strong commitment to customer service. Excellent telephone skills, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills are required. Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines Personal computer experience in database, spreadsheet, word processing and internet navigation software. Planning, organizational and mathematical skills are important. Excellent communication skills, PC skills (Word & Excel) and good mathematical aptitude. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
