Mid-level OSINT Analyst Contractor Lead

Bluehawk is actively seeking a Mid-level OSINT Analyst Contractor Lead to join the VTU and AA&E team at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) headquarters in Stafford, VA. This role primarily operates from the DCSA HQ, with occasional travel to regional field offices as required.

Serve as the contract lead within the VTU and AA&E, overseeing OSINT analyst activities and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager (PM) and VTU and AA&E Deputy Chiefs to drive performance planning, training, target setting, and progress tracking.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 8+ years in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or M&A.
• 8+ years in applying analytical standards to business intelligence and security or intelligence data.
• 8+ years using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases (e.g., Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or a related field.
