As a Supplier Quality Specialist, you'll be a key player in our dynamic environment, working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. How you will make an impact as a Supplier Quality Specialist: Perform supplier qualifications in support of QMS including, supplier audits, review of Quality Agreements, review of certifications, and review of supplier surveys. Documentation support Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) Review and support Supplier Corrective Action requests (SCARs) and responses Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and communicate supplier expectations Facilitate meetings between Engineering, Supplier Management, and Purchasing Monitor supplier performance and supplier qualifications to assist in maintaining the status of the supplier Support development and maintenance of supplier management procedures and processes Support supplier management process improvements Support QMS collection and trending of supplier-related quality data Manage and maintain supplier quality databases Support supplier audits and inspections To be successful as a Supplier Quality Specialist, you will need the following skills and experience: Must have a Bachelor's degree Must have experience in a documentation focused industry Must have experience working within an administrative system Customer/Vendor/Supplier communication experience Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail required Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a collaborative environment Ability to review and analyze data for accuracy and interpret and speak to the documented results Skilled in various computer programs. Including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, ERP and MRP tools
