The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

As theDirector of E-commerce SID, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, optimization, and strategic direction of our company's primary e-commerce website. You will lead a team of e-commerce professionals and digital marketers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience, drive sales growth, and maximize profitability.

In this role, you will report directly to the GM/VP, SID setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

This dynamic group comprises web developers, digital marketers, designers, and content creators, all working together to ensure our e-commerce platforms operate smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. They focus on optimizing website functionality, enhancing user experience, and implementing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales. By staying at the forefront of industry trends and leveraging the latest technologies, the E-commerce team plays a vital role in expanding our digital footprint, ensuring customers can seamlessly access our wide range of safety solutions.

What You'll Do at Justrite:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the division e-commerce websites, aligning with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.

• Lead a team of web developers, designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure the website's functionality, usability, and performance meet industry standards and customer expectations.

• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media

• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing and reporting

• Optimize the e-commerce website for search engine visibility, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive sales and revenue growth

• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement online merchandising strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic acquisition, quality and sales growth

• Work closely with product and fulfillment teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Analyze website performance metrics, KPI dashboards and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to support website development, maintenance, and optimization efforts

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing to continuously improve the website's performance and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to e-commerce operations, data privacy, accessibility and online security

• Experienced P&L manager will develop the e-commerce site's budget and manage the resources efficiently and effectively to achieve revenue and profit objectives
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on website performance, initiatives, strategic recommendations, forecasts, and countermeasures

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred

• Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role in e-commerce management, website development, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing B2C or B2B environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing ($5M+) E-commerce websites to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Adobe Magento preferred), technologies, and best practices, including website design, UX/UI principles, SEO, SEM, and CRO
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize website performance
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Workfront or Scrum, is a plus
• Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
